Softwashing uses low-pressure water (60-100psi) combined with professional-grade biodegradable cleaning solutions to remove organic growth like mold, mildew, and bacteria.
Traditional pressure washing uses 1500 -4000 PSI water alone- which can damage surfaces, strip paint, void warranties, and only remove surface staining without killing the underlying organisms. Softwash results last 4-6x longer because we kill the problem at the root.

We take landscaping protection very seriously. Before we begin, we thoroughly wet down all surrounding plants, shrubs, and grass. Our solutions are biodegradable and break down quickly upon contact with soil. We also rinse all vegetation after cleaning is complete. Our damage rate is less than 5% which is far below industry averages.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, e-transfer, cash, and cheque. Payment is due upon completion of the job. We never require payment upfront before the job begins.

You don not need to be home! As long as we have access to the exterior of your property and an outdoor water spigot, our team can complete the job withou you being present. We’ll send you a notification when we arrive, and when the job is complete, along with before and after photos.

A standard house wash on your average size home (2000 Sqft) will typically take any where from 1-3 hours. Most of our other services will usually take another 1-2 hours depending on size and amount of dirt. We’ll give you an estimate before we start.

We recommend an annual exterior wash on most homes. Homes in shaded or humid areas may benefit from a wash every 6-12 months. Roofs typically need cleaning every 2-3 years. We offer maintenance plans with visits at a discounted rate.

Yes! — softwash rood cleaning is actually the method recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA). High Pressure washing can strip granules from shingles and void most manufacturers warranties. Our low pressure is completely safe and will not damage your roofing materials and void your warranty.
