Absolutely. We offer early morning starts (as early as 4am), and after-hours service. Our most common request is our weekend availability for commercial clients.
We’ll schedule your service at a time that minimizes disruption to your customers, tenants, and staff.

Yes. HydroBoss carries full general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. We’re happy to provide certificates of insurance to property managers and building owners prior to work begining.

We have the eqipment and team size to handle buildings of any scale. For large projects, we conduct a site assessment in advance, create a detailed work plan, and coordinate with your facilities management team.
We scale our crew and equipment to the scope of the project.

For one-time commercial cleans, payment is due upon completion. For contract clients, we offer net-30 invoicing with monthly consolidated billing across all properties.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH/bank transfers, cheque, and cash.

For standard commercial jobs, we typically book 1-2 weeks in advance. For large-scale projects or multi-site programs, 2-4 weeks of lead time is recommended.
Maintenance contract clients receive priority scheduling and early access to our calendar.

03 BEFORE PHOTOS TAKEN
We phtograpgh all areas before we begin. These are yours to keep- and form the basis of your before and after comparison.
04 OUR SAFE SOLUTION APPLIED
Our biodegradable softwash solution is applied at low pressure. We work section by section to ensure complete, even coverage.
05 THOROUGH RINSE
After the dwell time, we rinse all the surfaces clean- removing dead organic matter and leaving everything bright, fresh and streak-free.
06 SIGN-OFF & REPORT
We do a final walkthrough, confirm your satisfaction, and email your before & after report the same day.
