HydroBoss offers start times as early as 5am for commercial clients. Most jobs are fully complete before opening — no disruption to morning traffic, no customers navigating around equipment.
Saturday and Sunday availability for businesses that operate Monday to Friday. Large-scope jobs that require extended time are best scheduled on weekends to give the crew full uninterrupted access.
All commercial clients receive 24-hour advance notification before any scheduled service. You can inform tenants, staff, or customers as needed. For contract clients this is automated.

How Softwashing
Actually Works
Most people assume cleaning is about pressure. It is not. The water is just delivery. What cleans your property is chemistry — and what determines how long it stays clean is how long that chemistry is allowed to work.
A biodegradable sodium hypochlorite solution is applied at low pressure — 60 to 100 PSI, similar to a garden hose. It coats the surface and begins penetrating the biofilm that algae and mold use to protect themselves.
The solution dwells on the surface for 10 to 20 minutes. During this time it breaks through cell walls and destroys organisms at a biological level — killing the root, not just rinsing the surface. This is the step budget operators skip.
A thorough low-pressure rinse removes the solution, dead organisms, and all surface debris. No residue, no chemical smell. Results last 2 to 5 years because the growth is biologically eliminated — not just pressure-blasted off.
